My work has taken me from rail system testing to manufacturing applications, customer portals, and enterprise integrations.
Today, I’m a Technical Project Manager at Miracle Software Systems. I work with business stakeholders and technical teams on discovery, requirements, planning, testing, and release preparation.
I build AI tools that help teams turn a business request into clear requirements, user stories, and test plans, connected to Jira and Confluence. I also added an AI review step to check these drafts for missing information before people use them.
For another prototype, I built a system that directs a data problem to the appropriate AI specialist—for example, to investigate duplicate records or delays in processing. Going forward, I’m interested in building AI products that reduce repetitive work and help people make better-informed decisions.
I’m also an MBA candidate at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, building on my master’s in Information Systems.
